The University of Sydney Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarships Scheme provides financial support to exceptional international students commencing eligible coursework degrees. The scholarship is intended to attract high-achieving students from around the world to study at the University of Sydney.

The award can significantly reduce tuition costs during the first year of study and is available to students who have secured the required admission status.

Unlike many competitive scholarships, eligible students do not need to submit a separate scholarship application. Instead, eligible applicants who have obtained the required unconditional admission offer by the relevant closing date are automatically considered.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be international students and must have applied for a CRICOS-registered coursework degree. Applicants must receive an unconditional offer of admission by the relevant scholarship closing date.
