Disclaimer
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Disclaimer explains the purpose and limitations of the information published on Opportunity Sphere. Please read it before relying on information found on our website.
1. General Information
Opportunity Sphere is an online platform that shares information about scholarships, jobs, grants, internships, fellowships, conferences, courses, training programmes, research opportunities and other academic or professional opportunities.
The content is provided for general informational purposes. Although we make reasonable efforts to publish useful and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that every listing or page is complete, accurate, current or free from errors.
2. Opportunity Information and Eligibility
Opportunities may be offered by universities, government agencies, employers, foundations, research institutions, companies and other organisations. We may summarise or reorganise publicly available information to help visitors understand an opportunity.
Eligibility requirements, eligible countries, study levels, fields of study, funding arrangements and application procedures vary by provider. A summary on our website may not include every condition or exception in the official announcement.
Always read the official announcement and confirm that you meet all requirements before applying. Publication on Opportunity Sphere does not mean that an opportunity is suitable for every visitor.
3. No Guarantee of Selection or Success
Opportunity Sphere does not guarantee admission, employment, scholarship awards, grants, funding, invitations or selection for any opportunity featured on the website.
Application decisions are made by the relevant opportunity providers. Meeting the stated eligibility criteria does not necessarily guarantee shortlisting or selection.
4. External Websites and Third-Party Links
Our website may link to external websites, including official application portals and websites operated by institutions, employers and other organisations.
These links are provided for convenience and further information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Opportunity Sphere does not own or control those websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, policies or practices.
Review the relevant website's terms and privacy policy before submitting information, making payments or using its services. The inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement of the linked website or its services.
5. Applications and Fees
Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, applications should be submitted directly through the official platform or website of the organisation offering the opportunity. Opportunity Sphere is an information platform and does not make application decisions on behalf of providers.
Some providers may charge legitimate application or processing fees, while others do not. Check the official announcement to confirm whether a fee applies and who is authorised to receive payment. Be cautious of unsolicited requests for money or claims that payment guarantees selection.
We are not responsible for application outcomes, missed deadlines, payment disputes or technical problems on third-party application platforms.
6. Deadlines and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display deadlines and availability information accurately. However, a provider may change, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel an opportunity without notifying us.
An opportunity may also close before its displayed deadline or become unavailable for reasons outside our control. Confirm the deadline, time zone and application status on the official provider's website before preparing or submitting an application.
7. Funding and Financial Information
Listings may describe scholarships, tuition waivers, stipends, salaries, grants, travel support or other financial benefits. The precise value and conditions of these benefits depend on the provider's official terms.
Amounts, currencies, payment schedules, covered expenses and funding conditions may change. Verify these details directly with the provider, including whether funding covers tuition, accommodation, travel, living expenses or only specific costs.
8. Advertising and Sponsored Content
Opportunity Sphere may display advertisements from third-party advertising providers, including Google AdSense, if enabled on the website.
Advertisements are distinct from our editorial content. The appearance of an advertisement does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Opportunity Sphere. Advertisers and advertising providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
9. User Responsibility and Fraud Awareness
Visitors are responsible for conducting appropriate research and verifying information before applying, paying fees or sharing personal information with an opportunity provider.
Be cautious of suspicious messages, unofficial email addresses, requests for passwords, demands for unexpected payments and claims that an award or job is guaranteed. When in doubt, contact the organisation through contact details published on its verified official website.
10. Errors, Updates and Corrections
Despite reasonable efforts to maintain helpful content, errors, omissions or outdated details may occasionally occur. We may correct, update or remove website content when necessary, including when information changes or a listing is found to be inaccurate.
If you identify a material error in a listing, please contact us so that we can review it.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Opportunity Sphere disclaims responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of information published on the website and for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate or outdated listings, third-party websites or the actions of opportunity providers.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may revise this Disclaimer to reflect changes to our website, services or applicable requirements. When we publish an update, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page.
Visitors should review this page periodically to remain informed about the current Disclaimer.
13. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Disclaimer or notice information that may need correction, please contact Opportunity Sphere.
